D is for Disrupt invites you to share work that breaks rules, bends expectations, and boldly goes where polite society might not. This exhibit celebrates the art of rebellion—whether it’s personal, political, cultural, or conceptual. If your work stirs the pot, rattles cages, causes discomfort, throws things into disorder,  or questions authority, we want to put it on display!  We’re looking for artists who dare to disturb the norm, challenge the comfortable, and spark critical dialogue. Whether you're pushing back against power, deconstructing identity, or just flipping the bird to conformity—this is your platform.

*All media welcome: painting, collage, mixed media, sculpture, installation, photography, video, performance proposals, and more. 

*We will only accept AI-generated work that is created using prompts based on your own original artwork, concepts, or creative input.

The Pop Up Program at Galleries at LynnArts offers artists of all skill levels a unique opportunity to showcase their work in a dynamic gallery setting. Artists retain 100% of the proceeds from any sales, making it a fantastic platform for both emerging and established creatives to connect with the community and promote their art.

El programa Pop Up en las galerías de LynnArts ofrece a artistas de todos los niveles una oportunidad única de exhibir su trabajo en un entorno de galería dinámico. GALA Pop-Up Program 2025

The details:

The Community Gallery at GALA will have a greater purpose in 2025, as a Pop-Up Gallery space for all artists to use.

Cost: $175.00 for 6 days (minimum) of occupancy in the Community Gallery plus a $100.00 security deposit ( this will be returned once your occupancy has ended if there is no damage to the space). An additional fee of $25.00 per day will be added for every additional day past 6 days of occupancy.

The Rules:

  1. Fill out the form below requesting your dates. There is a 6 day minimum for your Gallery Rental

  2. Your Rental Contract must be completed and signed prior to your occupancy of the space.

  3. Payment must be received in full prior to your occupancy of the space, including the security deposit.

  4. You are in charge of all sales, collection and submission of sales tax, and PR for your Pop-Up. GALA Team members are here to help support you by sharing your event on our Social Media channels, providing mentoring for PR, installation, and curating your Pop-Up.

La Galería Comunitaria de GALA tendrá un propósito mayor en 2025, como un espacio de Galería Pop-Up para uso de todos los artistas. 

Costo: $175.00 por 6 días (mínimo) de ocupación en la Galería Comunitaria más un depósito de seguridad de $100.00 (este será devuelto una vez finalizada su ocupación si no hay daños en el espacio). Se agregará una tarifa adicional de $25.00 por día por cada día adicional después de los 6 días de ocupación.
